“A WISH” SET TO PREMIERE AT THE GENESIS DELUXE CINEMA COME DECEMBER 7, 2012

The much anticipated movie from some of Nigeria’s best movie moguls is set to hit the cinemas come December 7th, 2012 at the Genesis Deluxe Cinema, The Palms, Lekki, Lagos.

A Wish is a story of an aspiring young lady who comes from a struggling home. Determined to go to school, she fights all she can but unfortunately, along the line, is diagnosed with cancer. She puts up an undeterred, resolute attitude to it and has to stand up against the disease to fulfill her dream.

This movie is one of the few products of the Nigerian movie industry you can give it up to as  some of the best hands the industry’s got are employed including Elvis Chucks who takes up directing and producing. The cast constitute of award-winning hilarious act, Funke Akindele, Patience Ozorkwor, Hafeez Oyetoro (Saka), Helen Paul (Tatafoo),Bishop Imeh, Kola Olaiya, Iyke Ogbonna and Clara Iweh.

The movie’s director, who has starred in some films himself, has other note-worthy films that have gained wide acceptance. True Citizens and Victims of the Society have been nominated for awards in the US, Los Angeles, Abuja and Durban.
