Former Rivers state House of Assembly Speaker Tonye Harry Is Dead

Tonye Harry former deputy speaker 1999-2007 and Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly 2007-2011 (he is still a member of the house)died in Algeria early hours of this morning aboard an air ambulance.He was 47 years old.
