Gospel singer, Yinka Ayefele will today commission his new hotel ‘Down Town Hotel’ in his hometown Ibadan.
The hotel is another addition to the numerous properties owned by the popular musician who continues to increase his real estate investments. The ‘Down Town Hotel’, sources say will provide employment for a good number of people in the community.
