Over 50 shops have been razed at the building materials section of the Ogunpa Market in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.The fire, which started around 7:30 pm on Wednesday, raged for hours.Sources said the fire was caused by an explosion in one of the shops.Though the fire was contained by fire-fighters on Wednesday night, it was completely put out yesterday afternoon.
