Civil servants in Lagos State will now be required to work on Saturdays in order to render essential services to members of the public.
The exercise which commences from March 1, 2013, will however start with officials in the Ministry of Transportation, Urban and Physical Planning and Land Bureau, whose services are required almost on a day to day basis.Governor Babatunde Fashola said pilot ministries, departments and agencies will be actively involved .
